今天人家要吃炸酱面,家里还有食材,刚好不用出去买了,白赚一百块,哈哈。炸酱面的灵魂就是酱了,咱没有干黄酱,就用的豆瓣酱跟甜面酱,比例二比一,加生抽蚝油老抽料酒半碗水搅匀,熬制的时候中小火慢熬,整个过程大概二十几分钟,熬制油酱分离就好了。这样熬出的酱特别香。再来个菠菜木耳炒鸡蛋,一个沙拉,那位买的猪头肉,简单一餐又完成了。
